Information you make public or share with other users may be viewed, saved, copied, screenshotted, downloaded, or shared by others. We cannot control what other users do with information once you share it with them.

You should avoid posting or sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you understand the risks. You are responsible for the information you choose to disclose through the Platform.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, protect safety, and support legitimate business purposes.

If you delete your account or request deletion, we may delete, anonymize, or restrict certain information, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, backup, dispute-resolution, and compliance obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zincelo LLC, FanGigs, and their owners, officers, contractors, service providers, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to this Privacy Policy, your use of the Platform, the collection or use of information, third-party services, unauthorized access, data loss, or security incidents.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates additional liability beyond what is stated in our Terms of Use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we may update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of FanGigs after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means the updated policy applies to your continued use of the Platform. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Platform.
